NGToss Website Privacy Notice
In short:
- This notice covers the NGToss website and its two forms: the beta application form and the contact form.
- We use what you send us only to run the NGToss closed beta and to reply to your messages.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing unless you've separately agreed to it.
- The NGToss mobile app is covered by our separate NGToss App Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The NGToss website is operated by NGToss Beta ("NGToss", "we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. We decide how and why your information is used, so we are the controller of the information collected through this website.

2. What we collect and why

3. Marketing
Applying for the beta or contacting us does not sign you up to marketing. We will only send you NGToss news or promotional emails if you have separately and actively agreed to receive them. Emails we send about your beta application or your enquiry are not marketing.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect your beta application.
4. Who processes your information for us
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector): hosts this website and its forms and stores form submissions in our account. HighLevel acts as a processor on our behalf. HighLevel is based in the United States. Its privacy policy states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to it.
- Cloudflare: used by our website provider to deliver and protect web pages, and to run the Turnstile bot check on our forms. This involves processing your IP address and browser information.
- Google: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. We use Gmail for the NGToss email address. If you're selected for the beta, we add your Google Play email address to the NGToss closed-testing list in Google Play Console.
- Bunny Fonts: our forms load their fonts from Bunny Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential storage on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our home page.
- Your banner choice: a cookie that remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this security check.
- Our website provider's visitor tracking: HighLevel sets a visitor-ID cookie (msgsndr_id, kept for up to six months) and records page visits and how you reached our site, so that visits can be measured and linked to a form you submit. At present this happens when a page loads, and our cookie banner does not prevent it. You can block or delete this cookie through your browser settings.
- Page statistics: Cloudflare, which delivers our website, may also collect basic page-view statistics.
We have not added analytics or advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
6. How long we keep your information
- Beta applications: kept while the NGToss closed beta is running and we need them to manage testers. When we no longer need an application, we delete it during our monthly reviews. This includes applicants who were not selected once recruitment for that testing round has closed, and testers once they have left the beta or the beta has ended. We may keep a minimal record for longer if we need it to deal with a complaint, a legal claim or a request you've made.
- Contact enquiries: kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, then deleted during our monthly reviews.
- Marketing consent records (if you have given consent): kept for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a record of any unsubscribe request so we can respect it.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. See section 7.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you (access);
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it on the basis of our legitimate interests;
- stop sending you marketing, at any time.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address you used on our forms. Tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask for more information to confirm it's you. We'll respond within one month, as required by UK data protection law.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Age
The NGToss beta is only open to people aged 18 or over. Please don't apply if you're under 18. If we find that an applicant is under 18, we'll delete their application.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if our website, forms or providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
